Unloading hopper GKR

Unloading trailers:

The GKR unloading hopper is available in three widths. Depending on the type of goods and the required line capacity, 800, 1200 and 1600mm belts are available.

Standard equipment:

• Infinitely variable speed adjustment from 50-150mm.
• Chevron-type multi-layered rubber belt.
• Galvanised steel basket.
• Construction is sand-blasted and powder coated with zinc primer.
• Transport wheels.

Wide range of configurations:

The GKR root vegetable unloading hopper can be retrofitted with separators:

• C2_01 - 6-roller separator, with fixed gap between the rollers.
• C2_02 - 6 - roller separator, with adjustable gap between rollers in the range of 10-70mm.
• C2_03 - 8 - roller separator, with adjustable gap between rollers in the range 10-70mm.

Available rollers are steel rollers and PU spiral rollers (clockwise and counterclockwise spirals).

Adjustable belt speed:

The hopper standard has infinitely variable speed control from 50 -150mm. If a more time-consuming vegetable selection is required, the speed can be reduced to a range of 15 - 50mm using an additional release gear.

Optional equipment:

• Gearbox slowing down the belt speed by 3 times.
• Stepless adjustment of separator rollers.
• Stepless adjustment of separator rollers separately for even and odd numbers (only applies to adjustable separators).
• Lining of the walls with two layers of damage-reducing material. The first layer is a soft filling, the second is a protective layer.
• Reinforced transport wheels, the filled basket can be moved.
• Towbar for moving the hopper.
