Box tipper GWSM

Gentle chute and gentle emptying of the box:

The machine is the first component of most fruit processing and packing lines. Through the use of a wide hopper filled with soft EPDM rubber and an upholstered shutter, the tipper comes down very well in emptying fruit crates minimising damage.

Main features:

• Two double-sided hydraulic cylinders.
• Aperture to prevent too rapid emptying of the crate.
• Smooth chute filled with soft and durable EPDM rubber.
• Control pendant on a 5 m cable, the tipping process continues while the arrow button is held down.
• Hydraulic and electrical overload protection.
• Sandblasted construction, powder coated with zinc primer.

Optional equipment:

• Tipping control system with ultrasonic sensor.
