Adjustable separator GSR

Soil separation and pre-sorting:

The GSR adjustable soil separator removes loose soil, stones and other debris from the harvest. It can also provide a solution that acts as a sorter to pre-sort potatoes and other vegetables. The vegetables slide over rotating rollers. Anything smaller than the set gap is rejected and goes directly into the waste box, which is positioned under the row of rollers.

Standard equipment:

• Direct drive of the rollers.
• Adjustable gap between the rollers from 10 to 60mm.
• Construction frame for positioning the waste box.

Optional equipment:

• Infinitely variable speed adjustment of the rollers.
• Infinitely variable speed control for even and non-even rollers separately.
• Stainless steel construction.
