Automatic broad bean weigher GWGB
Speed and precision:
This is currently the most accurate scale of its kind for pulses, especially broad beans. The GWGB automatic scales for broad beans have two independent weighing hoppers and a modern weight sampling system, which allows weighing with an accuracy of 5g (0.005kg! Which is the weight of 2 grains of fresh broad beans). The capacity of the system is approximately 200kg/h (for 0.5kg packages) and approximately 350kg/h (for 1kg packages). If less accuracy is required, the capacity is increased.
Standard equipment of the weigher:
- Modern sampling system independent for each pan.
- Touch panel with preview of weighing process.
- Operation in automatic mode (the hopper opens immediately after weighing out the set portion) or in manual mode (the hopper is opened after activation of the footswitch by the operator).
- Feeding conveyor with a length of 2800mm and width of 300mm with a protection against overloading the weighing hopper.
