Broad bean planterq GSB
Improve planting accuracy:
The GSB planter allows the planting of broad bean grains in two or four rows, depending on the version. Our solution allows you to maintain fixed distances between the grains in the rows and to maintain a uniform depth during planting especially in uneven terrain.
Main features:
- Independent seeding units maintaining a uniform planting depth of up to 80mm.
- Stepless adjustment of the distance between rows.
- Adjustable seed row spacing.
- Operator's seat with comfortable platform.
- Drive transmitted from both sides by large pneumatic wheels.
- Double-cutting wheels.
- Possibility to plant spring onions and garlic.
- Wheel markers.
Distance between grains in the row:
The GSB broad bean planter is designed so that the grains are thrown into the ground at the lowest possible point. This is made possible by buckets fitted with special seals that lower them to just 25cm above soil level. This design minimises chaotic dumping of grains and maintains fixed distances between the beans in the row.
Uniform planting depth:
KThe planter design is based on a frame to which independent seeding units are attached. Each unit is free to move vertically according to the contours of the terrain and maintain the depth set by the adjustment of the seedbed wheels.
Fertiliser spreading as optional equipment:
The GSB planter in the N version has a fertiliser hopper (one hopper and two metering units for GSB2-N and two hoppers and four metering units for GSB4-N). The hopper is made of stainless steel and dosing is carried out by means of precise metering units with a wide adjustment range made of high-quality plastic. Fertilisers are sown into the soil at a distance of several centimetres from the bean planting line.
